All entries must be made by the person offering them for exhibit. Please provide a list of your articles with your name, address, and phone number. If you made something that does not fit our categories, we will attempt to find a place for it. Judging will be determined on the general appearance, design, workmanship, age of exhibitor, and usefulness of article. All handiwork must have been completed within the fair year (August 2011 - August 2012). Enter articles between 2 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 21st at Exhibition Hall 1. Jars must be labeled on side with product name, date processed, processing method and processing time. Minimum of two(2) varieties in each category. Open to pie bakers - bring the recipe printed on a 4x6 card. Please submit ONE PIE ONLY for judging. Bake the pie the day before. Warm pies cannot be judged properly. Judged on ease of preparation, texture, flavor and overall appearance. Use a disposable pan. Muffin Contest Junior and Adult Divisions 1st $6, 2nd $4, 3rd $2. Enter THREE (3) muffins on a disposable plate. Must be accompanied by the recipe printed on 4x6 inch card. Will be judged on appearance, texture, and taste. Entries will not be returned.
