The first ever 4-H Dog show was held at the Piscataquis Valley Fair Saturday evening. Four 4-H members and their dogs competed in the dog agility show. Barbara Comstock, from K-9 Abby's Dog Training of Sebec was judge.
First Place and a blue ribbon went to Jennifer Stupakewicz of Guilford
Second Place and a blue ribbon went to Christie Flanders of Sangerville
Third Place and a red ribbon went to Jessica Ahern of Surry
Fourth Place and a red ribbon went to Sara Ahern of Surry
At the end of the show the participants and audience watched demonstrations on dog health and dog grooming.
