Chris Arno (left) is a volunteer at the fair and has been for many years. Chris is among the hundred or so volunteers who dedicate their time for the community to enjoy. The volunteers are of all ages, no matter how old they say they are, they still put forth the energy of "young at heart".

This is "Billy" who was born Friday night at the Piscataquis Valley Fair. His "Mom" is a participant in the fair and is laying behind Little Billy The proud owners are of Gaylawn Farms of Farmington, Maine.

Ivan Smith Ivan has been volunteering with the Fair Association for 21 years and still hasn't lost his sense of humor!

Aerial View of the Fair Ground early Saturday morning before the crowds started to arrive in droves. Chris Arno was roaming around the grounds with the digital camera and the ferris wheel operator offered a ride to the top! Great job guys!!!!
